Jason Frank started at Splash Car Wash in 2001 as an Assistant Manager, back when we had just seven locations. Twenty-five years and 83 locations later, we’re thrilled to welcome him as our new Chief Operating Officer!
We have some exciting news to share with the Splash Car Wash family: Jason Frank, a 25-year Splash veteran, has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer (COO)! If you've spent any time around Splash, there's a good chance you already know Jay. This promotion is a celebration of everything he's done for us over the years.
From Assistant Manager to COO: Jason Frank's 25-Year Splash Journey
Jay's story with us goes back to February 2001, when he joined as an Assistant Manager at our Norwalk, Connecticut car wash. Back then, we were a much smaller operation with just seven locations. It didn't take long for Jay to stand out. Within six months, he was promoted to Site Manager, and that was the start of an incredible 25-year journey with us.
Early on, Jay earned our "Best of Splash" recognition, which tells you a lot about the kind of care and pride he puts into his work. In 2004, he stepped up to District Manager, overseeing five locations. From there, he kept growing with us as Regional Manager, then Regional Director in 2020, and most recently as Senior Vice President of Operations in 2025.
Helping Splash Car Wash Grow from 7 to 83 Locations
As Splash Car Wash has grown from seven locations to 83, Jay has been right there helping make it happen. He's worn a lot of hats over the years, including running multiple sites, keeping our equipment in top shape, helping choose and develop new locations, designing site layouts, and working on mergers and acquisitions. When we say Jay knows this business inside and out, we really mean it.
And here's a fun fact: Jay has 34 years of experience in the car wash industry, and he got his start at just 15 years old! That kind of hands-on, been-there-done-that experience is a big part of what makes him such a great leader.
