Unless license plate readers are available, members will receive a barcode to identify their vehicle. Barcodes must be placed on the driver side door jamb for the RFID to read them. Barcodes that are not affixed to the vehicle will not be accepted. Unless otherwise specified, this program cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. Unlimited programs exclude Limos, Taxis, Uber/Lyft drivers and any other Livery service. Family Plan discount programs are available to people living in the same household (same address). Vehicles on a Family Plan must use the same credit card to receive Family Plan discounts. The member understands they will be charged monthly the amount on the front of this agreement plus any
applicable sales tax on the anniversary of their sign-up date every month until the agreement is terminated by either Splash or the member. Cancellations may be made at any time during the month to discontinue the membership as of the next anniversary date. However, notice of cancellation must be made at least five (5) days prior to the anniversary date to avoid the next month’s charge to the credit card on file. Splash Car Wash will continue to charge the card on file each month until the member cancels. The member must cancel in person at the location at which they enrolled in the program. No telephone or email cancellations will be accepted. If the member does not use their membership, NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE. Terms and conditions are subject to change. Splash will post a notice at the location 30 days prior to any change and/or notify by e-mail. The member understands it is their responsibility to maintain a current and accurate email address on file with Splash at all times. Express Exterior Unlimiteds may be used at Full Service Washes by paying an upgraded fee at the time of service.
