I acknowledge and accept all Terms and Conditions – Members use vehicle license plate and/or receive a barcode to identify their vehicle. Barcode must be physically attached to vehicle. Barcodes that are not attached to the vehicle will not be accepted. Unless otherwise specified this program cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. Retail unlimited programs exclude Limos, Taxis, Uber & Lyft vehicles.* I understand I will be charged monthly the agreed amount of the plan I selected plus any applicable tax every month until the agreement is terminated by either Splash or myself. Cancellations may be made at any time during the month to discontinue the membership, which will be effective the next month. However, notice of cancellation must be made at least five (5) days prior to the end of my billing date. Splash Car Wash will continue to charge me each month until I cancel. I may cancel either in person, {online at splashcarwashes.com}, or by phone (888-697-7527). If I do use my membership, NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE. Terms and conditions are subject to change, and I will be notified either on site, via email, or by text 30 days prior. I will make sure my email address and/or phone number are on file with Splash is up to date and accurate. *Livery vehicles shall be on commercial plans set up through our fleet program. If found not using authorized fleet program, Splash reserves the right to: 1) Terminate the unlimited membership. 2) Retroactively charge the difference of retail washes and unlimited program effective date of initial misuse. 3) Suspend or deny any vehicle who has violated these terms.
Presale Offer- I understand my credit card will be charged .01 at sign up. After 2 months, I acknowledge Splash Car Wash will continue to charge the card on file each month, at full price, until I cancel. I am aware I can cancel my Unlimited Car Wash Membership at anytime.
