From June 24th through June 30th, we celebrated the Grand Reopening of our location on Long Pond Road in Rochester! Thanks to the amazing generosity of the Rochester community were able to raise $6,100 for the Homesteads for Hope. Homesteads for Hope is an inclusive community farm, experience and future housing village that is dedicated to growing purpose and cultivating inclusion for individuals of all ages and abilities. We would also like to thank the Town of Greece, the Ridge Road Fire Department, and the Chamber of Commerce for attending our ribbon cutting ceremony.
