Grace for Vets (GFV) is an organization that Splash is very proud to be a part of that gives back to our Veterans.
GFV is a non profit made up of thousands of car washes that give a free car wash to all veterans on Veteran’s Day. Since its inception in 2003, GFV and its car wash partners has successfully served 2,680,031 veterans. GFV has also grown from 1 participating car wash, to 1,635 in 4 different countries. On Veteran’s day 2019, there were a total of 347,054 cars washed, at 4,426 locations from 1,635 companies!
Our founder and CEO, Mark Curtis, is the Present of GFV. And throughout the year, Mark and his Splash team go to car wash shows to recruit more participants. Splash’s mission is to not only serve veterans at each of our 19 locations on November 11, but to also spread the word. We hope that all car washes will soon be participating. Veterans have done so much for us, this is the least we can do for them.
