Golden Ticket Campaign
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”) apply to Splash Car Wash, Inc.’s “Golden Ticket Scratch Card” promotional campaign, hereinafter to be referred to as the “Campaign”, organized by Splash Car Wash, LLC. (hereinafter referred to as “The Company”), with its business office address at 472 Wheelers Farms Rd, Milford, CT 06461.
Campaign Period. The promotion begins October 1, 2023 at 8:00 am Eastern Time (EDT) and ends November 19th, 2023 at 8:00 pm Eastern Time (EDT).
The Campaign is open to everyone over the age of 18 (hereinafter referred to as the “Participant(s)”.
How to Participate:
Come to Splash for your car wash beginning October 1, 2023 at 8 am to any of our participating Splash Locations in both Connecticut and New York. Note: WashCo and ECO locations are not participating.- limit one Golden Ticket per customer per day.
The Quality Care Member will hand you your Golden Ticket for your next visit. Do not scratch the ticket yourself!
Come Back with a SPLASH Golden Ticket Before November 19, 2023 and your Quality Care Member will scratch off to reveal your prize! Prize must be redeemed by November 19, 2023.
For every transaction, a customer can only redeem one Golden Ticket.
The Campaign is not valid in combination with any other offers.
The Golden Tickets MUST be scratched off by a Splash Service Advisor or Cashier while on the property of any carwash location operated by the Company.
The Golden Ticket will be INVALID if it is previously scratched off.
By participating in this campaign, the Participant declares that he/she agrees with the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign.
The Golden Tickets are available while supplies last.
There is a maximum of one (1) Golden Ticket per transaction.
Discounts and offers available through the Golden Ticket apply only at Participating Stores.
Golden Tickets may not be sold, exchanged or transferred, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.
Prizes: the approximate retail value of prizes is $500,000. The prizes are: $5 Off any Car Wash, Free Car Wash, Free Month of Unlimited Washes, Free Car Washes for a Year and Free Car Washes for Life. These prizes are only available to Participants who have returned to a Splash location with a previously-unscratched Golden Ticket.
- $5 Off any Car Wash – Participants with a Golden Ticket with “$5 Off any Car Wash” will receive a $5 discount off the wash of their choice at the participating Splash Car Wash location of their choice. Value on the Golden Ticket expires November 19, 2023.
- Free Car Wash – Participants with a Golden Ticket with “Free Car Wash” will receive a free basic car wash. Winning Participant can choose any Participating Splash location and choose between the Express Exterior Car Wash or the Full Service Car Wash. The service rendered will only be the service available at that specific Splash location. Participants may visit the Company’s website – splashcarwashes.com – to see what services are available at its locations.
- Free Month of Unlimited Washes – Participants with a Golden Ticket with “Free Month of Unlimited Washes” will receive free car washes for one vehicle for 30 days, up to one car wash per day. Depending on the location, it will be the Express Exterior or Full Service Car Wash.If the Company changes ownership the prize becomes null and void.
- Free Washes for a Year- Participants with a Golden Ticket with “Free Washes for a Year” will be enrolled in the Company’s Unlimited Wash Program allowing the participant to wash one car at any Participating Company car wash for one year. For clarity’s sake, the winner will be allowed to register one car in the Unlimited Program at Splash allowing that car to be washed up to once a day at any participating Splash Car Wash. If the car is replaced, the new car may be substituted by notifying the Company of such replacement. Participants will have the option to choose one of the Company’s basic car washes – Express Exterior or Full Service Car Wash. If the Company changes ownership the prize becomes null and void.
- Free Washes for Life- Participants with a Golden Ticket with “Free Washes for Life” will be enrolled in the Company’s Unlimited Wash Program allowing the participant to wash one car at any Participating Company car wash one time per day for the life of the winner. For clarity’s sake, the winner will be allowed to register one car in the Unlimited Program at Splash allowing that car to be washed up to once a day at any participating Splash Car Wash. If the car is replaced, the new car may be substituted by notifying the Company of such replacement. Participants will have the option to choose one of the Company’s basic car washes – Express Exterior or Full Service Car Wash. The services offered by each location are the only services available at those locations. If the Company changes ownership the prize becomes null and void.
If there is a suspicion of fraud or unlawful influencing of the Promotional Campaign, Splash Car Wash, Inc. reserves the right to exclude participants from the Promotional Campaign.
Splash Car Wash, Inc. is not liable for any loss or consequential loss to Participants or third parties arising in any way from this Campaign.
In cases not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the decision will rest solely with the Company.
The Company reserves the right to terminate, interrupt or modify the Campaign and/or amend the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign at its own discretion and without prior notification being required if circumstances give cause to do so, without any obligation vis-à-vis the Participants for compensation of loss or damage. No guarantee can be given with regard to the correctness, reliability, changes or content of the Promotion’s web pages. The Company is in no way responsible for unsuccessful attempts to participate in the Promotion.
All intellectual property in relation to texts, illustrations, layout, software or other information relating to this Promotional Campaign belongs to Splash Car Wash, Inc.
