” Thank you for taking some time to visit our safety features page. We are so excited to be welcoming back our customers but we want to let you know that we take our new steps seriously. In the below section we just want to cover some of the new safety protocols that we are undertaking here at Splash to keep you, our customer, safe.
– Mark Curtis
We have installed our new Sanitation Stations at the beginning of every Splash experience.
This is just one of the many changes we have made to ensure the safety of our crew and of our customers.
We start by sanitizing all of the Touch Points within a customer’s vehicle before our crew gets in to start vacuuming. Our sanitizing spray is now included on every full service package at every Splash Car Wash location.
To protect our customers, all our employees are wearing masks and gloves. To protect our employees, we encourage you to wear a mask as well.
Between each car our crew members also sanitize their hands before greeting the next customer.
As you step into our stores we have hand sanitizer for our customer’s use. Our crews are sanitizing the stores three times a day, from the early morning till close. Our cashiers are also cleaning and sanitizing major touch points, such as door handles, through out the day – every day.
We have removed a large amount of merchandise from our stores so there is extra space to move around. Look for the Splash icons on the floor to use as guides while social distancing. We have installed clear pay guards and touch-less pay stations.
